Senior Support Worker
As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the staffing team to meet the care and support needs of our service users, assisting in their day-to-day activities within the home and in the community. You will also support and assist the management team with the home and undertake delegated responsibilities in line with your role.

As a Support Worker, you will provide care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism; this may be through helping with their day-to-day tasks (such as washing, dressing, eating), helping them to achieve a life goal (such as assisting them at college), or helping them to enjoy the fine things that the Isle of Wight has to offer (taking them on trips, adventures and joining in with their regular hobbies).

As an Outreach Support Worker you will provide care and support to individuals with a variety of complex needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions; assisting them with accessing community and social activities, providing support at school or college as well as with day-to-day living.

Night-time Support Worker
We are currently seeking night time support workers to work in our Outreach service. Our night time support workers work through the night to ensure the safety of our residents whilst catching up on nightly tasks.

Priority Response Worker (PRW)
As a Priority Response Worker (PRW) you will be utilised to best suit the needs of our homes and services. This will mean that from time to time, you'll be expected to work in our residential homes as well as our Outreach service.
