As a Support Worker, you will provide care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism; this may be through helping with their day-to-day tasks (such as washing, dressing, eating), helping them to achieve a life goal (such as assisting them at college), or helping them to enjoy the fine things that the Isle of Wight has to offer (taking them on trips, adventures and joining in with their regular hobbies).

As a Senior Support Worker, you will work alongside the staffing team to meet the care and support needs of our service users, assisting in their day-to-day activities within the home and in the community. You will also support and assist the management team with the home and undertake delegated responsibilities in line with your role.

As a Domestic Cleaner, you'll be expected to complete standard cleaning responsibilities such as vacuuming, sanitisation of toilets/washrooms, stock takes etc and additional cleaning duties where requested.
