Maple Tree
Maple Tree offers a home to adults who have severe learning disabilities, as well as complex medical and health needs. Maple Tree provides person centred care that recognises everyone's individuality and assists in maintaining and developing key life skills and tasks of daily living. Support for individuals varies with both 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 support available where required.
We are dedicated to achieving a positive, pro-active, calm and caring environment where individuals can feel empowered to live life happily and reach their own personal goals.
The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful setting within mature woodland and provides purpose built, fully accessible, accommodation. Bedrooms are well proportioned and larger than minimum standards with en-suite shower facilities, under floor heating, double glazing and keyless entry system.
All individuals who live at Maple Tree are encouraged and supported with decision making through the use of informed choice, and are actively involved in the running of their home. Community and leisure facilities such as the cinema, swimming pool and beach are available nearby. Regular opportunities are available to take part in day trips, outings to locals events and holidays away.

Ryde House
Sycamore House
Sycamore House offers a home to adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour. Our aim is to provide individualised care that recognises each person as the individual that they are and assist in the development of key life skills, whether this be improving methods of communication or by finding meaningful employment. We are dedicated to achieving a positive, pro-active, calm and caring environment where our service users can feel empowered to live life happily and reach their own personal goals.
The house is situated in a quiet, peaceful setting within mature woodland and provides purpose built, fully accessible accommodation. Bedrooms are well proportioned and larger than minimum standards with en-suite shower facilities, under floor heating, double-glazing and a keyless entry system.
All Service Users are encouraged to make decisions for themselves and are actively involved in the running of their home. Community and leisure facilities such as the cinema, swimming pool and beach are available nearby as are regular outings to local events. Service Users also have the opportunity to take part in day trips and holidays away.

Silver Birch
​Silver Birch offers a home to adults who have moderate learning disabilities, autism and may display behaviours that challenge.

Ryde Cottage
Ryde Cottage provides care and accommodation for adults with learning disabilities with some mobility problems and varying levels of independence.
The property, constructed largely from Island stone, is located within the grounds of Ryde House, a quiet, peaceful setting within 24 acres of mature woodland and gardens. The home offers single bedroom accommodation for 7 Service User's with spacious communal living area's including fully fitted kitchen, dining room, lounge and laundry. There are walks within the grounds and down to the private beach and our Service Users regularly access community and leisure facilities as well as local events.
We are dedicated to achieving a positive, pro-active, calm and caring environment where our Service Users can feel empowered to live life happily and reach their own personal goals. Each Service User is empowered to make their own decisions including those related to the running of their home and support is offered to assist in the attainment of skills leading to greater independence and community involvement.

Woodville
Woodville provides accommodation and support for all adults with learning disabilities who may have some mobility problems and with varying levels of independence.
The property is a large 2 storey detached house on the perimeter of Ryde Town. The accommodation comprises of spacious single rooms with a separate dining room and large lounge. Independent living is encouraged where appropriate and desirable. The rear garden provides additional, secluded leisure space and the opportunity to engage in gardening activities.
We aim to provide professional care to all our Service Users whilst maintaining a calm and homely environment. Our main concern is to meet the individual needs, choices and wishes of each person which, in turn, forms the basis for each personal care plan. Each Service User is encouraged to make their own decisions including those relating to the running of their home. In additional, support is offered to assist in the attainment of skills leading to greater independence and community involvement, with each Service User being encouraged to meet their own personal needs/wishes and future aims in life.

Newton Lodge
Newton Lodge residential care home provides 24 hr accommodation, support and care for people over the age of 18 who have a learning disability. Our home is situated near to the Esplanade in Ryde, Isle of Wight. It is a 2 storey building with its own private garden, ideally located close to the town, leisure facilities and beach and within easyreach of both local transport links and ferries to Portsmouth and Southsea.
The house comprises of generously proportioned single room accommodation, each with en-suite facilities allowing for both privacy and independence. Communal facilities include a fully fitted kitchen, dining room and two lounges providing a warm and welcoming environment for people within the home. Staffing is provided for 24 hours a day which includes an awake member of staff overnight and a 'sleep-in' arrangement available as and when the need arises.
The current client group consists of adults with learning disabilities with some independence, many of whom are working towards a greater level of self-sufficiency. The aim of Newton Lodge is to provide professional care to all our service-users within a homely environment, our main concern being to meet the individual needs, wishes and choices of each user according to their personal agreed care plans. Service Users are encouraged to make their own personal decisions and participation in regular house meetings provide an opportunity to voice opinions about their home and its' running. Each Service User is offered individualised support to assist them in gaining the appropriate skills, experience and community involvement required to meet their own personal needs, wishes and future aims in life.
