Outreach Support Worker PRW (Priority Response Worker)

We are the Ryde House Group (established in 1986); one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, through its group of homes on the Isle of Wight.
We currently have around 300 staff that are working together to deliver this quality service for people with complex needs. As Ryde House Group is continuously developing, we are looking for more caring individuals to help us to continue to deliver this exceptional standard care.
As an Outreach Support Worker PRW you will provide care and support to individuals with a variety of complex needs including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions; assisting them with accessing community and social activities, providing support at school or college as well as with day-to-day living.
As a Priority Response worker, you'll be utilised to best suit the needs of our homes and services. This will mean that from time to time, you'll be expected to work in our residential homes as well as our Outreach service.

Pay Structure - £11.34 per hour
Job Type - Zero hour contract with a view to move to part time/ full time contract
Shift & Schedule - Day Shift, 8 hour shift, 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, Night shift, Overtime, Weekend Availability.
