We are the Ryde House Group (established in 1986); one of the leading providers of services to people with learning disabilities and/or autism, through its group of homes on the Isle of Wight.

We currently have around 300 staff that are working together to deliver this quality service for people with complex needs. As Ryde House Group is continuously developing, we are looking for more caring individuals to help us to continue to deliver this exceptional standard care.
 
As a Support Worker, you will provide care to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism; this may be through helping with their day-to-day tasks (such as washing, dressing, eating), helping them to achieve a life goal (such as assisting them at college), or helping them to enjoy the fine things that the Isle of Wight has to offer (taking them on trips, adventures and joining in with their regular hobbies).

We have a variety of Support Worker vacancies available including full-time, part-time and night-time work. Previous experience is preferred but not required as we provide full training. Driving is preferred but not essential for this role.

Pay Structure - £22,048 - £24,606 per annum (Salary is based on a full time 40 hour contract. Higher salaries are available for staff that work over 40 hours per work)
